If you forgot your password
On the Roblox login page, select Forgot Password or Username? Enter the email address associated with the account and submit the request. Open the reset message, choose the correct account if several appear, then enter and confirm a new password. Check spam or junk folders if the message does not arrive after a few minutes.
If the account has a phone number instead of an email, use the recovery page’s Phone tab, choose your country code, and follow the verification prompts. Before requesting another reset, double-check which account you are recovering. Families may have several usernames associated with one inbox. Write down the username you are trying to restore so you do not accidentally change a different account’s password.
If the password works but verification fails
Check the inbox associated with your Roblox account, including filtered folders. Use Resend Code or Start Over when appropriate. Email verification codes expire after 15 minutes; authenticator codes must be current when entered. If another verification method you previously set up is available, try it. Repeatedly changing your password is unlikely to solve loss of the device that supplies your verification code. Identify which step is failing and keep the exact error wording for support. If you think someone took over the account
First address possible malware or suspicious downloads and browser extensions. Roblox recommends scanning the computer, restarting, and scanning again before recovery. Then reset the password and enable two-step verification when access is restored.
If resetting fails, contact official support using the first email added to the account or the billing email used for its first payment, if available. These details can help Roblox investigate ownership, but do not guarantee recovery. Send a clear support request
